Our Welfare Benefits Unit provides specialist advice, assistance and representation on all aspects of welfare benefits and tax credits. We are able to assist with every  aspect of a case from initial advice,  form-filling, mandatory reconsiderations and appeals, and representation at first and second tier tribunals. All advice is free, independent and confidential.

Islington Residents

Through the Three Advice Projects, the Welfare Benefits Unit offers 6 appointments every week for Islington residents (the service is targeted at those who are not Council tenants, as the Independent Advice Project provides a dedicated service for Council tenants).
